Electrical Characteristics results：

Two samples (G1, F1) were tested, and compared with good G1 products, leakage between Pin1(B)-Pin3(GND), Pin2(A)-Pin3(GND), Pin4(Y)-Pin3(GND) of F1 samples was found, and short circuit between Pin5(VCC)-Pin3(GND) was found.

Radiography(X-ray) results：

X-ray examination of 2 samples (G1, F1) showed no obvious abnormality.

Internal visual inspection results：

After opening the lid of F1 sample, internal visual examination was carried out, and burn was found on the surface of Die.
