How to solder small electronic components? What are the welding sequences of components?

Date:2022-08-23 18:11:42 Views:6375

In electronic manufacturing, the connection of components needs to be welded. The commonly used welding methods of electronic components mainly include manual welding and automatic welding. The quality of welding has a great impact on the quality of manufacturing. Suitable soldering tin shall be used for welding small components with electric soldering iron, and low melting spot welding tin wire used for welding electronic components shall be selected.

Before using the electric soldering iron, tin should be applied. The specific method is: heat the electric soldering iron, apply the flux when the solder can be melted, and then apply the solder evenly on the soldering iron head to make the soldering iron head eat a layer of tin evenly.

Because of its small size, micro components are easy to cause lead adhesion during welding. The following precautions shall be taken during welding:

如何焊接小的电子元器件?元件焊接顺序有哪些?

First of all, there should be good electric soldering iron with constant temperature. The tip of the soldering iron is conical. The material should not be ordinary copper, which is not easy to oxidize; Use fine solder wire with rosin inside; Scrape off the oxide layer on the surface of the wire head with a scraper. If the outer skin is peeled off, the surface of the core wire is very bright, and tin can be directly applied. The wire must be copper or silver plated. Some wires are not suitable for welding and do not eat tin. It is definitely not good to weld with such wires.

1. Lead wires of components shall be reliably tinned.

2. Choose conical electric iron head, which should be as sharp as possible. The soldering iron head is long and thin, which is most suitable for welding precision circuit boards.

3. Select desk lamp with magnifying glass.

4. The temperature is very important. If the temperature is high, it will not be good to eat tin quickly. If the temperature is low, it is difficult to melt.

5. If there is already tin at the solder joint and the wire ends have been coated with tin, do not use solder wires.

6. Fix the components on the desktop, hold the electric soldering iron in one hand and the solder wire in the other. The electric soldering iron preheat the welding point first, and then the solder wire is inserted. After 1 or 2 seconds, remove them together. At this time, the weldment cannot be shaken.

The welding sequence of components shall be from difficult to easy, from low to high, and from patch to insert. Purpose: convenient welding and time saving. It is difficult to solder first, which mainly refers to the chip type integrated chip with dense pins. If these difficult parts are placed in the final welding, once the welding fails and the pad is damaged, all previous efforts will be wasted. First low, then high, first patch, then insert. This is convenient for welding. If the high components are welded first, it may hinder the welding of other components, especially when the high components are dense. If the inserted components are welded first, the circuit board will be uneven on the welding table, affecting the overall welding.
