Damp heat test refers to the test to evaluate the antirust performance of antirust grease on metal under the condition of high temperature and high humidity. GB / T 2423.3-2006 / iec60068-2-78:2001 environmental testing of electrical and electronic products Part 2: Test methods Test cab: constant damp heat test this test standard is mainly applicable to determine the adaptability of electrical and electronic products, components or equipment during use, storage and transportation under high humidity conditions.
This part specifies the severity of the test, such as high temperature, high humidity and duration This part is applicable to heat dissipation and non heat dissipation samples
This part is applicable to small equipment and components, as well as large equipment with complex connection of test devices outside the test box. This connection requires a certain assembly time. During installation, preheating or specific test conditions can not be maintained.
The severity levels of constant damp heat test include: test temperature value, test humidity and test time.
Damp heat test conditions:
30 ℃, humidity 93%
30 ℃, humidity 85%
40 ℃, humidity 93%
40 ℃, humidity 85%
The test time is generally 12h, 16h, 24h, 2D, 4D, 10d, 21d and 56d
Application scope of damp heat test:
It is applicable to the adaptability test of electrical, electronic, instrument and other products, parts and materials during storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature alternating humid and hot environment; It is applicable to the cold, heat, moisture and dry resistance test of various electronic, electrical, electrical, plastic and other raw materials and devices and the reliability test equipment of quality control engineering; It is suitable for high temperature, low temperature and humidity resistance cycle test of optical fiber, LCD, crystal, inductor, PCB, battery, computer, mobile phone and other products.
The detection standards of damp heat test are as follows:

Laboratory test report of high and low temperature damp and hot environment test:
Damp heat test standard: GB / t1740-1979 adopts the constant temperature and humidity test cycle method, with the temperature of (47 ± L) ℃ and the relative humidity of (96 ± 2)%. The same method is adopted by ASTM d2247, with the temperature of (38 ± L) ℃ [(100 ± 2) ° F] and the relative humidity of 100%. There is always condensate on the sample plate. Some foreign standards also adopt high temperature short cycle and temperature humidity alternating test cycle.
The constant temperature and humidity test method is to prepare test pieces according to corresponding standards, such as GB / t1765 - 1979 or ASTM D609, and record the original state of the sample plate. Hang the template vertically on the template frame, and the front of the template shall not contact. Put it into a temperature and humidity regulating box with a temperature of (47 ± 1) ℃ and a relative humidity of (96 ± 2)%. When it rises to the specified temperature and humidity, the test time shall be calculated. There shall be no condensation on the sample surface during the test. Check once every 48h after continuous test. After two inspections, check every 72h. After each inspection, the position of the template shall be changed. The last inspection shall be conducted according to the time specified in the product standard. If there is no product standard, the inspection time can be determined according to the specific situation.
