For electronic manufacturing enterprises, electronic product production is an important content. The construction of quality control system must pay attention to the quality control in the production process of electronic products, so as to effectively optimize the production process, improve the production quality of electronic products and ensure the practical value of electronic products, which is also of great significance for the construction of enterprises and the development of social economy. Because the production process of electronic products is complex and involves many influencing factors, it is necessary to monitor the production conditions of electronic products in real time, improve the existing quality management and control methods of the production process, ensure the production of qualified electronic products and provide more convenience for people's life.

1、 Quality and safety requirements for electronic products

(1) The insulation strength meets the standard

In the process of use, the main principle of electronic products is to drive the electronic components inside the equipment through power, so as to realize the effective use of the equipment. Therefore, in the process of use, corresponding requirements are put forward for the structural safety of electronic products. First of all, we should ensure the quality of circuits and electronic components used in products; Secondly, ensure that the insulation strength of relevant materials meets the standard; Finally, in order to effectively avoid leakage, it is necessary to ensure that the insulation strength between the product shell and the internal live parts meets the relevant standards.

(2) Product functions close to users

As a kind of consumer goods, the fundamental purpose of electronic products is to meet the needs of users. Therefore, in essence, electronic products should have certain specific functions. Therefore, in the process of developing electronic products, R & D personnel should first clarify the characteristics of the user groups targeted by the products and the market needs they need to meet. For electronic products that have been produced and put into use, the producer shall actively observe the user's response to the product, so as to adjust the function of the product in time.

(3) Effective realization of electromagnetic compatibility

Due to the electromagnetic wave generated during the use of electronic products, R & D personnel should pay attention to the electromagnetic compatibility design of products in the process of product R & D [2]. On the one hand, ensure that the product will not cause excessive electromagnetic interference to the surrounding environment during operation; On the other hand, it is necessary to ensure that the product has certain anti-interference ability to electromagnetic interference, so as to ensure that the product can maintain normal operation in the environment with electromagnetic interference.

(4) Ensure the voltage safety of the equipment

Since electronic products need electric drive during use, in terms of product quality, the voltage of electronic products and the output voltage of electronic products should be strictly guaranteed to meet the design requirements, so as to effectively avoid breakdown and short circuit caused by voltage exceeding load during the operation of electronic products.

(5) Good heat dissipation

Generally speaking, electronic products will inevitably generate heat in the working process. Therefore, in order to avoid overheating and damage to the equipment caused by high temperature environment, the heat dissipation problem should be fully considered in the product design process to ensure that the equipment has good heat dissipation performance.

(6) Good product stability

Due to the uncertainty of electronic products in the use environment, in order to maintain their normal operation in various environments, the research on equipment stability should be strengthened in the research and development work to ensure that they can be maintained.

2、 Testing method of product quality

(1) Product function test

As the name suggests, product function test is to test the relevant functions of the product to ensure that its functions can be effectively realized [3]. Taking the smart phone as an example, the main contents of its function detection include detecting the sound, image quality, call quality, power supply and program compatibility of the product. The sound detection mainly tests whether there is a problem with the sound playback function of the equipment; Image quality detection mainly detects whether there is flashback in the process of taking photos and playing videos; Call quality test mainly tests whether there is dysfunction during answering and calling; The power supply test mainly tests the charging time of the equipment and the endurance of the power supply; Compatibility test mainly tests the compatibility between mobile phone and relevance.

(2) Product performance test

On the basis of effectively meeting the functional requirements, the product performance needs to be tested according to relevant technical standards to judge whether the product meets the design performance [4]. In this process, it is necessary to test the performance of the product under various conditions one by one. If it is found that a certain performance of the product does not meet the design standard, the cause of the problem shall be investigated. For example, in the production process, bridging short circuit, equipment micro crack, false welding, etc. may affect the actual performance of the product.

(3) Product reliability test

1. Product aging test

With the continuous improvement of the update speed of electronic products, people's enthusiasm for new equipment gradually decreases. More and more people begin to pay attention to the cost performance of products and hope that the use of electronic products in time can be extended. Therefore, this puts forward new requirements for the service life of equipment. In order to prolong the service life of the equipment, aging test should be carried out in order to reasonably analyze the service life of various electronic components in the equipment, so as to find out the reasons limiting the service life of electronic products and solve them.

2. Destructive test of products

Taking smart phones as an example, most electronic products are often used in life, which virtually increases the possibility of collision and damage. In order to improve the quality of electronic products, we must first strengthen their anti damage ability. Therefore, in the reliability test, the destructive test of products should be actively carried out to effectively clarify the resistance of products to external impactForce, so as to improve the impact resistance of products.

3. Product use environment test

The use environment of most electronic products is relatively stable. However, the environment of some equipment will change accordingly with natural changes. Therefore, in the test work, the performance of products in different environments should be tested to obtain relevant data. In this test link, the main test content is the difference of products under different temperature environments [5].

4. Product electrical performance related index test

Before leaving the factory, all electronic products will stick the electrical performance index labels on the products. The electrical performance related index test is to test and analyze the values indicated on the product labels, so as to judge whether the sticking method meets the national standards and industry specifications.

5. Destructive testing of electronic products

Generally speaking, because the human body has a certain charge, in the process of using electronic products, at some specific time, due to the interference of human charge, electronic products will produce static electricity when contacting with human body. Research shows that the existence of electrostatic phenomenon will have a certain impact on the function of electronic products, and electronic destructive testing is to detect this phenomenon, so as to further clarify its impact on the function of electronic products.

Tips on buying electronic products

When purchasing electronic products, we should pay attention to the following points:

1. It is suggested that consumers go to enterprises with good commercial reputation to buy products with good reputation.

2. When purchasing electronic products, check the product nameplate to see whether it is in simplified Chinese, and confirm whether the product identification contains the following contents: product name, model, trademark, manufacturer, manufacturing date or batch number, executive standard number, etc.

3. When purchasing electronic products, give priority to genuine and high-quality products, and big brands are more trustworthy to ensure that the products have no potential safety hazards;

4. Buy electronic audio and video products and try to buy high-resolution HD products to avoid picture instability due to quality problems.
