Contents of circuit breaker detection:

1. Whether the actual position of the circuit breaker is consistent with the mechanical indication and electrical indication, and is consistent with the actual operating conditions; The opening and closing inspection and judgment of circuit breaker operation must be based on the opening and closing mechanical indication position of the switch body. The mechanical connecting rod, crank arm, electrical indication position (traffic light), current and line TYD extraction voltage of the switch can only be used as the auxiliary judgment basis for the opening and closing of the switch;

2. Check whether the indication of SF6 gas pressure gauge is within the rated pressure range;

3. Check whether the daily operating hours of air compressor, hydraulic oil pump and spring energy storage motor have increased significantly;

4. Whether the air pressure, hydraulic pressure and spring energy storage are normal, and whether the working power supply is normal;

5. Check whether the lead and wiring board are overheated, especially in rainy days and at night, and observe whether there is steam and redness;
