What is China RoHS? China's ROHS certification "also known as" national push ROHS certification "refers to the national push voluntary certification for pollution control of electronic information products." China's ROHS certification "refers to the national push voluntary certification for pollution control of electronic information products. On February 28, 2006, the administrative measures for pollution control of electronic information products It was officially promulgated and took effect on march1,2007. China's ROHS standards are mainly applicable to the control and reduction of environmental pollution and other public hazards caused by electronic information products in the process of domestic production, sales and import of electronic information products. These measures are applicable to promote cleaner production and comprehensive utilization of resources in the electrical and electronic industry, encourage green consumption, and protect the environment and human health.

中国ROHS认证包括哪些?执行的标准是什么?

China ROHS certification standard

Gb/t26572-2011 limit requirements for restricted substances in electronic and electrical products

Gb/t 26125-2011 test methods for six restricted substances in electronic and electrical products

Sj/t 11364-2014 marking requirements for restricted use of hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products

China RoHS certified products

The first batch of products listed in the national voluntary certification catalogue include:

1. Complete products of computers, televisions, mobile user terminals and telephones;

2. Capacitor, resistor, electronic tube and other parts and components;

3. Mouse, keyboard, hard disk and other component products;

4. PCB board, ink and other electronic material products.

The role of China ROHS certification

1. The main purpose of China ROHS certification is to reduce the use and emission of heavy metals and harmful substances in electronic products. By promoting China's ROHS certification, more and more enterprises consciously implement ROHS requirements, and the overall environmental protection level of the electronics industry has been improved.

2. Take the pollution control of electronic information products as the basic work for the recycling, treatment and reuse of waste electronic information products, reflect the environmental protection principle of "pollution control, prevention first", and implement the work idea of "starting from the source";

3. Realize the substitution or reduction of toxic and harmful substances in electronic information products, protect the environment and save resources;

4. Actively respond to the EU ROHS directive, promote the structural adjustment of the electronic information industry, upgrade products, and ensure the sustainable development of the electronic information industry.

RoHS directive restricts the use of the following six categories of hazardous substances:

1. examples of lead (PB) using this substance: solder, glass, PVC stabilizer

2. mercury (Hg) (mercury) examples of using this substance: thermostat, sensor, switch and relay, bulb

3. examples of cadmium (CD) using this substance: switch, spring, connector, housing and PCB, contact, battery

4. example of hexavalent chromium (CR 6+): metal with corrosive coating

5. examples of polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) using this substance: flame retardant, PCB, connector, plastic shell

6. examples of polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) using this substance: flame retardant, PCB, connector, plastic shell

The latest administrative measures for China ROHS certification mainly includes the following four parts

(1) Label the hazardous substances contained in the electrical and electronic products put on the market, indicating the name, content, parts and products that can be recycled, and the information that improper use or disposal may affect the environment and human health.

(2) The environmental protection service life shall be marked on the electrical and electronic products produced or imported.

(3) The use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products shall be restricted by means of catalogue management.

(4) The electrical and electronic products included in the standard management catalogue shall comply with the national or industrial standards for the limited use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, and shall be managed in accordance with the conformity assessment system for the limited use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products.

Preparation of ROHS testing and certification data

1. heavy metal detection only: about five to ten grams of solid and five to ten milliliters of liquid shall be provided;

2. only flame retardant test: about 10-20 grams of solid and 10-20 milliliters of liquid shall be provided;

3. detection of heavy metal and organic pollutants: provide about 20 to 30 grams of samples;

4. test other organic pollutants: provide about 30g of samples;

5. only the samples of the coating (coating) parts shall be tested, and the approximate weight of the material parts of the coating (coating) shall be indicated; If the weight of the coating (coating) part fails to meet the requirements of sample delivery, the coating (coating) raw materials shall be provided.
