Cross-section Test

Description:

Cross-section or X-section, is the most commonly used method for observing the structural characteristics of a sample’s cross-section.

Cross-section is widely applied in industries such as PCB/PCBA and component manufacturing. It is commonly used for quality determination, abnormality analysis, assessing the quality of circuit boards, PCB assembly solder quality inspection, identifying failure causes and finding solutions, evaluating process improvements, and serving as an objective basis for examination, research, and judgment. Additionally, it is frequently employed in failure analysis of ICs.

Scope of Application:

ICs, PCB/PCBA products.
