Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Testing for Electromagnetic Radiation

Description:

With the rapid development of wireless information technology, the public, while enjoying the convenience brought by wireless communication devices, is also increasingly concerned about the impact of electromagnetic radiation from wireless communication terminals on human health. Government departments,  telecommunications regulatory agencies and other organizations in various countries require electromagnetic wave radiation to be reduced to an appropriate level. Specific absorption rate (SAR) is used to measure the magnitude of electromagnetic radiation.

Scope of Application:

Wireless communication devices such as cell phones, tablet PCs, and laptops, etc.

Applicable National Standards:

EU: EN62311, EN62479, EN50663, EN50360, EN50566, etc.
